What are your rates?
Rates for our jobs vary due to the type of work being performed and the number of hours and materials needed. Depending on the scope of work, we can do it on an hourly or a contracted basis.

Do you provide free consultations and budgeting?
Case does provide homeowners with a free consultation where initial budget ranges are provided.

During what hours can I schedule an appointment?
Case schedules appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-5:30 pm.

What type of projects do you do?
Our scope of work includes everything from small home improvement projects, to kitchens and baths to large remodeling projects and additions.

What payment options do you offer?
Case accepts checks, cash, and major credit cards*. For financing information, please contact us.

Is Case Design/Remodeling a lead-safe certified firm?
Case Design/Remodeling has fullfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 402, and has received certification to conduct lead based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89.

How long does it typically take for the work on my house to begin?
Schedules will vary by location and time of year so it’s best to contact the office for current information.

How long is a typical consultation?
Each consultation is based on individual need, however, our typical consultations will last about two hours. This allows us time to thoroughly discuss your project with you and answer any questions you may have.
