PHASE 2 - DETAILED PLANNING
Refine the design
• Size/ locations of rooms
• Window/ door locations
• Plan / elevation adjustments
• Kitchen & Bath details
• Exterior refinements
On site review/ walk through
• With all involved parties including
Project Manager, Plumber, Electrician,
etc.
Assist with material Selections
• Material selections (cabinets, tile,
countertops, etc.) to be made at Case
office and alliance partner showrooms
Review client meetings
• Review progress and make necessary
adjustments
Develop detailed drawings
• 1/4" floor plans/ elevations
• Detailed kitchen/ bath plans
Comprehensive contract
• Fixed price amount
• Schedule of progress payments
• Start/ completion dates
Cost: 7% of projected construction cost
