• Discuss/review all of the above items

Refine the design and scope of work
• Plan / elevation adjustments

On site review/ walk through
• With all involved parties including Case project
manager and Trade specialists

Assist with material selections
• Material selections (cabinets, tile, countertops, etc.)
to be made at Case office and alliance partner
showrooms

Develop drawings
• 1/4" floor plans/ elevations

Comprehensive contract
• Fixed price amount
• Schedule of progress payments
• Detailed specifications

Cost: $500-$1500

PHASE 2 - CONSTRUCTION

Ordering and procurement of materials

Pre-construction meeting

Weekly meeting with the project manager
• Clear communication
• Review progress
• Collect progress payments

Project management
• Thorough dust protection
• Lead safe work practices
• Lead carpenter on site
• Coordinate trade specialists

Final walk through
• With Project Manager to review any unfinished details

Warranty coverage
• Industry-leading 5-year warranty on Case labor

Fixed Price
